Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of our research products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, contact Support@1stpharma.com right away. Our customer support team will review the issue and work to provide a satisfactory resolution.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
